How the Satisfaction Score works

The score

Every post carries one of three ratings: Great, Okay or Needs work. The Satisfaction Score is the share of a company's posts rated Great. Higher is better. Every post counts once, whether it has photos or not.

Minimum posts

A company needs at least 5 posts from 3 different people before it shows a score or is listed in search engines. Fewer posts is noise, not signal.

Badges

• Certified Great: a scored company at 65% or higher.
• Needs attention: a scored company at 25% or lower. It is a prompt to improve, not a verdict.

What is excluded

Posts flagged for personal data or abuse, and posts removed after a report, do not count toward any score.
